The problem is SOLVED !
I modified the grub settings as explained here : https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/662299
opened the file /etc/default/grub with my favorite editor vi.
find the line
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
modify it like
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash pci=use_crs"
save the file (/etc/default/grub)
after saving the file I ran update-grub like
sudo update-grub
then I restarted my ubuntu 11.10.
yes.... perfect the sound is there!!

For the first time since a week I can hear a sound from my computer !

vse to sem jas lepo naredil sam kaj ko ne morem shranit zamenjat datoteke .
a se da to naredit tudi tako, da bi napisal vse v terminal ?
gre se pa za zvočno kartico VIA Technologies, Inc. VT8237A/VT8251 integrirana
